As the local provider for Southland and Otago Schools, Southern Snapz will work closely with your school to ensure the day of your photo shoot runs as seamlessly as possible. Our administration team works with your office staff in setting up student QR codes which are then linked to the student from the beginning of the photoshoot right through to uploading the students to your SMS, should this be needed. 

Our photographers are able to take any sort of groupings of students from one or two students right up to 100 students in a group. We come fully prepared with stands and backgrounds. Group photographers can be labelled with student names or left blank as needed and are automatically set up with your school logo and colours. 

Photographs of individual students are taken with interesting backdrops and our photographers take the time to ensure that each student is looking their best. These photographs can then be used for uploading to your SMS. In addition, our photographers are happy to take sibling and family photographs. Order forms are then created for each student including any groups that they are involved in which keeps the ordering process as simple as possible. We are able to provide manual order forms which are managed by the school, as well as online order forms which are linked to the parent/caregivers email address, allowing them to order online. 

Parents and Caregivers are able to order a variety of options from digital copies through to standard prints and canvas prints in a variety of sizes. We also offer specialty goods such as fridge magnets. All our printing is done to the highest possible standard. Parents are able to pay online or, for manual orders, via cash. We also aim to have the option of After Pay in the near future.

Southern Snapz particularly loves working with small children, both individually and in sibling or family groups. Our photographers are mothers themselves, and have spent many years taking beautiful photos of their own children. They will take the time to take great photos of your children, in as natural poses as possible, and preferably with lovely smiles. They encourage family or sibling groupings and love to take creative shots of family members including extended family. 

Our team will work with your centre to set up a date and time that best suits. We bring out props and stands and will work both indoors and outside to get the best photographs possible.

Southern Snapz has worked with a number of sports teams and academic groups throughout Southland and Otago. We can take formal photographic shoots right through more informal shoots with smaller groupings. Photographs come set up with your team logo and colours. All teams are labelled with those present and those absent from the team as requested.
